The number of mice of either gender is indicated. Note that earlier death of GSK3α.KO mice (panel A) is based on the relatively low number of mice that died spontaneously over the period of observation. The shaded area in panel B emphasizes the delayed mortality of young GSK3α.KOxTau.P301L mice, relative to the parental Tau.P301L mice.
