The role of PKCδ in dieldrin-induced DNA fragmentation and nuclear condensation in N27 cells. GFP-expressing vector cells and PKCδK376R-transfected N27 cells were exposed to 100 μM dieldrin for 3 hr. DNA was extracted and DNA fragmentation was measured using ELISA DNA fragmentation assay kit, as described in "Materials and Methods." Each bar represents mean ± SEM. Significance was determined at **p < 0.01 compared with vehicle-treated cells or between indicated groups.
