In the open field test, GSK-3α KO (n = 7-13) and WT (n = 8-13) mice were subjected to the bright open field arena in a dark room for 5 minutes. The duration and number of different parameters were measured (as indicated in the table). Values are mean (± SEM). *p ≤ 0.05; **p ≤ 0.001.
