Various parameters of in utero electroporation. In utero electroporation was performed at E36-37 to introduce pCAG-GFP under the following range of various parameters: pulse voltage 50-150 V, pulse duration 50-100 ms. Ferret embryos were dissected out 3 days later. Macroscopic dorsal views of the ferret brain (right) and GFP fluorescence (left, arrowheads) are shown.
