Note that the proportion of burst firing is increased significantly in SNL rats compared to na''ve and sham rats. However, the proportion of multispike and tonic firing neurons are decreased relatively compared to na''ve and sham rats. N = 50 cells from 7 na''ve rats, 45 cells from 6 sham rats, and 54 cells from 8 SNL rats, respectively.
