Expression levels of selected DEGs in OLMALINC -depleted oligodendrocytes (A) and neurons (B). In oligodendrocytes the EGR1, HDAC9 and SOX4 were all up-regulated after RNAi of OLMALINC. AXL and GPR126 was down-regulated in oligodendrocytes after RNAi of OLMALINC. The expression levels are in fpkm as calculated by RNA-Seq. In neurons CASP3, SOX2 and SOX4 were up-regulated after RNAi of OLMALINC. Level of significance: *q-value < 0.05, **q-value < 0.02, ***q-value < 0.01.
