Neutrophil-attracting chemokine and adhesion molecule expression are attenuated in TLR2 KO mice. WT and TLR2 KO mice were subjected to collagenase-induced ICH. Six h post-ICH, total RNA was isolated from ipsilateral hemorrhagic tissue (AP, 0.0 to −2.0 mm) and used for quantitative real-time RT-PCR to measure CXCL1 and CXCL2 (A), CCL2 (B), and ICAM-1 (C) mRNA levels.
