Ptf1a, whose expression is activated by both Foxn4 and ROR 1, is required not only for specifying amacrine and horizontal cells in part by activating Tfap2a and 2b expression, but also for suppressing the ganglion cell fate by repressing Atoh7 expression.Back to article page
