PP2B inhibitor reverses the down-regulation of PAK1 activity induced by oxidative stress. a SH-SY5Y cells were treated with 50 μM 6-OHDA along with 200 nM Cantharidic acid, 0.2 nM Cypermethrin, or 0.5 nM Okadaic acid for 9 h.
