From: Dysregulation of human NEFM and NEFH mRNA stability by ALS-linked miRNAs
MiRNAs directly regulate luciferase transcripts linked to NEFM or NEFH 3’UTRs. HEK293T cells were co-transfected with a reporter plasmid containing mutant NEFM (a) or NEFH (b) 3’UTRs and miRNA mimics. Reporter gene assays were performed 24 h after transfection. Data are expressed as relative change and plotted in logarithmic scale. All experiments were performed in triplicate.
