Impact of POLR3B R103H mutation on the assembly of Pol III complex. FLAG-tagged POLR3B WT or R103H were expressed in HEK293 cells, purified using an anti-FLAG antibody and digested with trypsin. The co-purified proteins were identified by LC-MS/MS mass spectrometry.
