Endogenous USP5 SUMOylation levels in sham operated mice and in mice with a sciatic nerve injury. a. USP5 immunoprecipitates reveal that USP5 is SUMOylated, as seen by western blots probed against SUMO 2/3.Furthermore, there is a decrease in SUMO2/3 signal in ipsilateral DRGs from SNI mice when compared to ipsilateral DRGs from Sham mice, b.
