Effects of miRNA-326 on cell viability under OGD. The viability of PC12 cells without transfection (Control) gradually declined after OGD. Cell viability did not differ between the other groups and their controls at 0 h after OGD (nP > 0.05). The cell survival rate was significantly decreased in PC12 cells transfected with miR-326 mimics and was significantly increased in PC12 cells transfected with miR-326 inhibitor at 2 h, 6 h and 12 h after OGD (**P < 0.01; ***P < 0.005; ****P < 0.001). The survival rate showed a downward tendency after cotransfection of miR-326 and DOR inhibitors compared to miR-326 inhibitor only (*P < 0.05; ***P < 0.005; ****P < 0.001)
