The hippocampal sections are from wildtype (WT) mice, APP/PS1 mice, APP/PS1 mice administered control AAV, or APP/PS1 mice administered CBD3 harboring AAV. Sections were from 3 to 4 months old mice and taken 9 days after administration of the virus nasally.
