- Eight fluorescent spots were randomly selected in every grade. Value of Drp1 fluorescence intensity was calculated by ImageJ software. One-way ANOVA was used for statistical analysis Results showed that Drp1 expression was significantly different in glioma I-IV grade (p = 0.01). After LSD test, Drp1 expression in control group was higher than that in grade I (p = 0.018). On the contrary, grade III was higher than that in control group (p = 0.036), grade I (p < 0.001), grade II (p = 0.011), and grade IV (p = 0.001)
