Cleavage sites in differentially expressed peptides. Arginine (R) and Lysine (K) were the most common cleavage sites of the N-terminal amino acid of the preceding peptide and C-terminal amino acid of the identified peptide. Glicine (G) was the most common cleavage site of C-terminal amino acid of the preceding peptide. Lysine (K) and isoleucinel (I) were the most common cleavage sites of N-terminal amino acid of the identified peptide
