  1. The proportion of different cell types in Olig2+ cells varied according to different CNS regions (n = 4). In all regions, more than 50% Olig2+ cells are CC1-positive. However, the proportion of CNPase+ and NG2+ cells had a high variation. As for S100β+ cells, the proportion in most of the selected regions were below 50% except in the OB (67.5%).
