Bmal1 expression was significantly decreased at 14 days (0.366 ± 0.038) and 60 days (0.393 ± 0.073), compared with Ctrl (0.995 ± 0.027). There is no significant difference in the Clock, Per2, and Cry1 expression levels between the control group and epileptic groups at different time points. The data are expressed as mean ± SEM and analyzed with one-way ANOVA. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01
