From: Ackr3-Venus knock-in mouse lights up brain vasculature
Intrinsic and amplified regional and cellular expression of ACKR3-Venus in the adult mouse brain. Brain sections were prepared from Ackr3Venus/Venus mice. To allow for a comparison between the intrinsic unamplified (yellow) and the amplified (red) Ackr3-Venus signal, we amplified Venus in the red channel. Images were taken on Olympus IX73 epifluorescent microscope, 10 × objective. Scale bar is 200 µm. B To observe ACKR3-Venus at the cellular level, we imaged the brain sections from Ackr3Venus/Venus mice on a laser scanning confocal microscope (Olympus FV1200) with a 60 × oil objective.
