  1. The general health check indicated that there are no differences among each group [ps > 0.050], except bald patch [χ2 (5) = 13.168, p = 0.022]. A post hoc analysis revealed that App-KI mice showed fewer bald patch than WT control [p = 0.001]. The neurological reflexes of all groups showed similar performances [ps > 0.050]. (WT-Air: N = 7, WT-Des: N = 8, WT-Sev: N = 6, App-Air: N = 14, App-Des: N = 12, App-Sev: N = 12). Values are mean ± SEM
