A multi-stage analysis methodology was employed in this study. Transcriptomic datasets of the developing human brain were collected from the Atlas of the Developing Human Brain. The GClTC were defined using the Gene Ontology database. STEM software was used to cluster genes with similar temporal expression patterns. Functional enrichment analyses of different clusters were performed to identify significantly-enriched pathways and GO terms. We selected the clusters related to the CNS and explored the cell type and brain region distribution of GClTC in those clusters. Combining those expression features with enriched diseases, we illustrate their intrinsic connections.
