These data come from kinase assays performed at the same or a similar concentration as used in our experiments, except for AR-164 and KT5720 for which the kinase selectivity has been evaluated for a concentration 10-fold higher [24, 54–58]. White cells indicate that specificity data are not available. The histogram shows the level of LTD, plotted as a percentage of baseline, for each of the conditions described immediately above.
