(C) shows the Western blotting analysis of pMARCKS and syntaxin in denervated EDL muscle. The quantitative histograms in A and C show the percentage of changes respect to the control and normalized with actin. The data are mean ± SD values from at least 5 independent experiments. *p < 0.05. Experiments were performed using diaphragm muscle.
