Localization of ASIC2 was detected with anti-HA; ER and Golgi was detected with anti-calnexin (a) and anti-GM130 (b), respectively. ER and Golgi was detected in the far red channel but pseudocolored in blue. c Western blot and quantification of ASIC2b and 2a surface expression in 3T3 cells. 3T3 cells were transfected with ASIC2b alone, ASIC2b together with 1a, or ASIC2a together with 1a.
