From: Zbtb20 modulates the sequential generation of neuronal layers in developing cortex
Enhanced presentation of LL neurons in somatosensory cortex of Zbtb20 lacZ/lacZ mutants. a1-b4 IHC with FoxP2 (a1 –a5) and Tbr1 (b1-b5) antibodies as L6 markers reveals an increased number of L6 neurons in the mutant compared with WT cortex. c1-c5 IHC with antibody Ctip2 as L5 marker shows an enhanced number of L5 neurons in the mutant.
