Whole lysates were prepared from the visual cortex at P28. An increase in phosphor-S6 level indicates the overactivation of the mTOR pathway in a Syn1-Cre x Tsc1fl/fl mouse brain. b, c, d Band intensities of GluA1, GluA2 and GABAAR-α are normalized to actin.
